A daughter gives her estranged father a hidden camera to document the abuse he suffers abroad — and opens the family archive of violence.
Lina’s father left Moldova to work on construction sites in Italy, where his employer beats and humiliates him. When he asks his journalist daughter for help, she responds with the only tool she trusts: a camera. What returns in the footage forces three generations to renegotiate what a family owes each other.
An unflinching film about masculinity, migration and the slow work of forgiveness.
